It’s officially December (well, tomorrow).
The last month of the 2024.
Can you believe it??!?! I personally can’t.
The older I get, the faster a year flies by and the less time I find to focus on my goals. Hiring a coach this fall was one of the best decisions I’ve made to have accountability for my goals, a pre-set time to check-in on strategy, action steps and emotions that need processing, and have a dedicated built-in cheerleader! If hiring a coach isn’t accessible to you right now, there are many ways that you can act as your own coach and take action to create the life you’ve envisioned for yourself.
It begins with 4 simple (yet, not always easy) steps:
- Setting aside focused time to sit down with yourself
- Getting clear about what you want
- Putting together a plan
- Putting that plan to action
That all sounds well and good, but even though so many of us know this logically, we can’t always bring ourselves to do it (shout out dysregulated nervous systems!).
I personally think this time of year is an amazing time to sit down, reflect on our lives, and set powerful intentions for where we want to go.
