I share some insights into how I reframed my mindset to feel better and caught the childhood core wound story that it was rooted in (the enneagram 9 core wound). I share insight into my little “T” traumas, unconscious patterns, my approach to therapy, holistic mind-body health, and tips for feeling your feelings (not just intellectualizing them). Most importantly, I encourage you to have compassion for yourself.
